LOUIS ERARD

Louis Erard was born in 1893 and founded the Louis Erard company in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1929. At that time the brand was called “Louis Erard & André Perret”. In 1931 the brand presented their first watches. Between 1942 and 1980 the brand made cases for famous Swiss watch brands. In 2003 the brand was bought by private investors and recreated. Today the brand focuses on in-house complications and contemporary designs. In 2016 the brand revisited the Heritage Collection in order to celebrate their 85th anniversary.
