Founded by a French entrepreneur, Baltic has always wanted to pay tribute to vintage watches. Watches are inspired by the 1940’s in order to offer a reasonable diameter, a vintage case, a mechanical movement and an acrylic glass. All Baltic watches are assembled in France and they use a Japanese mechanical movement. 3 collections exist the HMS 001, the Bicompax 001 and the Aquascaphe. The HMS 001 is the simplest watch. The watch pays tribute to the 40’s in the cleanest way possible: 38mm, 3 hands and a mechanical movement. The Bicompax 001 also pays tribute to the 40’s but it’s a 38mm chronograph manual winding mechanical movement. The Aquascaphe is a toolwatch since it’s a 39mm diving watch featring a vintage sandwich dial.
